Schematizing sufficiently, we distinguish three gradations in each one from these axles: steady work, precarious work, not-work; strong relationary insertion, relationary fragility, social isolation. Connecting these gradations two the two we get three zones, that is, the zone of integration (steady work and strong relationary insertion, that always is together), the zone of vulnerability (precarious work and fragility of the relationary supports) and the zone of marginality, that I prefer to call desfiliao zone to clearly mark the amplitude of the double process of disconnection: absence of work and relationary isolation. (CASTEL, 1997, p.23) However as we can see the aculturao process, that is the assimilation or substitution of a culture for another one, finishes for also bringing changes in its ethnic culture, therefore this starts to live in another way, with another culture with a new identity, but what a group happens when that must be aculturado it resists this finishes excluded and kept out of society socially, therefore this lives the equity.
